Freedom Greene offers a unique amenity package in the 18 Hole Par-3 golf course that surrounds the community. Although this is a pioneering project, the concept of using golf as an amenity for a residential community is not new. In fact, the idea of combining a short golf course with a higher-density residential community is not new either; we have several examples of highly successful projects that do just that right here in the Charlotte area.
